About Dave

My wife Trish and I, have been together since high school and got married in 1997. We have been blessed with three wonderful daughters who have all graduated from Waccamaw High School. Our oldest daughter graduated in 2023 from the College of Charleston and focused on her career in Historic and Art Restoration/Preservation with a specialty in Stained Glass Restoration and Production. Our middle daughter attended the College of Charleston and works full time in land preservation in the Lowcountry. Our youngest is attending Coastal Carolina studying Communications but is passionate about personal training is hoping that will become her career. My wife is an Autism Behavioral Consultant with the Georgetown County School District, a Paddle Boarding Enthusiast and also works with me on our real estate business. My wife and I love to cook for family and friends, spend time outdoors and travel.

The Myrtle Beach area has always been a second home for my family growing up. We moved permanently from Pennsylvania in 2009 and found our forever home in Pawleys Island. I have been a sales professional since 1996, managing large customer accounts across multiple industries. My professional goal has always been to be a true resource to my customers and I bring that same dedication to my real estate clients.
